This Sweepstakes (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Carpet Wagon Glendale Inc dba Payless Kitchen Cabinets & Bath Makeover (henceforth referred as Payless Kitchen & Bath), 3614 San Fernando RD Glendale, CA, 91204 

1. Promotion Period

The Sweepstakes begins on November 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM PST on November 31, 2026 (“Promotion Period”). A random drawing will be conducted within one (1) month following the end of the Promotion Period. Winners will be notified directly and announced through our marketing channels. 

2. Eligibility

It is open to legal residents of Southern California, aged 21 or older, who are homeowners of the property listed on their entry form. 
Limit one (1) entry per household. 
Employees, affiliates, suppliers, contractors, and current family members of Payless Kitchen & Bath are not eligible. 
Void where prohibited. 

3. How to Enter

Participants may enter in one of the following ways: 

• Event Entry: Submit an official entry form at any Kitchens & Baths University (KBU) event 

• Online Entry: Attend KBU event or complete form entry form via our communication channels during the Promotion Period (Social media forms, or website forms) at https://kbu.paylesskitchensandbaths.com/ 
  *We can add landing pages along the way* 

Entries must include the entrant’s full name, address, phone number, and email. 
No purchase or sales presentation is required. Duplicate, incomplete, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified. 

4. Prizes

A total of $45,000 in prizes will be awarded: 

• First Prize (1 winner): 
  One (1) Free Bathroom Remodel/Refacing Project valued up to $20,000, including materials, design, and installation. 

• Second Prize (1 winner): 
  A $5,000 Payless Kitchen & Bath Credit applicable toward any remodeling project. 

• Third Prizes (20 winners): 
  Each will receive a $1,000 remodeling credit or equivalent Payless product/service credit. 

Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $45,000. 

Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash, except at Sponsor’s discretion. 
Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. 
Installation services must be performed by Payless Kitchen & Bath. 

5. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. 
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries. 
Winners will be notified by email and/or phone number within one (1) month of the drawing date. 
Failure to respond within seven (7) days or meet eligibility requirements may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. 

6. Taxes and Documentation

All federal, state, and local taxes and fees associated with prize acceptance are the sole responsibility of each winner. 
Winners may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Waiver, and Publicity Release before receiving their prize. 

7. Publicity & Rights

By participating, entrants consent to Payless Kitchen & Bath’s use of their name, likeness, photo, and testimonial for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. 

8. General Conditions

Payless Kitchen & Bath reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes at any time without notice. 
The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries, or any technical or communication issues beyond its control. 
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules. 

9. Liability Release

By entering, participants agree to release Payless Kitchen & Bath, its affiliates, partners, employees, and agents from all liability arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance/use of any prize. 

10. Winners List

To request the names of the winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:

Requests must be received after 30 days after the end of the Promotion Period.
